Once the pattern is stamped you can cut out the 3 cats to put them on another picture like a roof or a sofa....
For the sample card in the image gallery I made the background on mixed media paper with Lindy's gang Magicals powders. I sprinkled the powders on my Teflon work surface and sprayed with water. I laid the paper on top several times, drying between each application.
To create the moon I cut out a circle with a hole punch and used the hollowed out paper to apply a white gouache wash to the moon to make it lighter. I then positioned the cut out circle on the moon and shaded the circle with dark blue ink using a small shade brush
To finish I stamped the cat stamp (both hanging from the branch) with Stazon ink and bleached them with bleach applied with a brush. I also could have faded the branch and re-colored it with water-based markers. Remember to choose your inks carefully from the start: you color with water-based inks an image stamped with alcohol ink or the other way around. If you use two identical inks they will mix together and ruin your work.
To be mounted on EZmount foam (sold individualy) to use on acrylic block
