Art 1 : Scope of application
The present general conditions of sale apply to all sales made by KATZELKRAFT, registered at the RCS of Saverne, N° siret 451 073 332 00038, whose head office is located at 8 route des romains 67340 Ingwiller, Tel 06 44 66 66 10 , e-mail address : katzelkraft@gmail.com.
The present general conditions of sale are expressly approved and accepted by the customer who recognizes, by computer validation, to have a perfect knowledge of it before the placing of the order, and gives up as such to prevail itself of all contrary provisions.
Art 2 : Products
All products presented in the Scrapbook and Beo Collection ranges are the exclusive property of KATZELKRAFT. (See art: 11 Intellectual Property). Each item offered on our site is accurately described on an indicative sheet with photo or illustration, these indications may be changed without notice.
Art 3 : Prices
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€), they are exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 293 B of the CGI and excluding shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the customer, unless special conditions.
Any sale to a country other than metropolitan France puts the customer in the position of importer, who will ensure under his sole responsibility the entry of the products in the destination territory, will carry out the necessary steps, and will have to pay all taxes, customs duties, and import fees.
All orders are payable in Euros.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the validation of the order.
Art: 4 Transfer of ownership
The products ordered remain the property of KATZELKRAFT until the invoice is paid in full.
Art 5 : Order
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products subject to the transaction.
The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale.
The order validated by the customer will be definitively taken into account only once the method of payment is effectively received.
An acknowledgement of receipt of order is sent to you by email as soon as it is validated on the site.
KATZELKRAFT reserves the right to refuse an order:
Resulting from fraudulent use of means of payment
In case of information from the banking organization in charge of managing the settlement.
And more generally in case of a legitimate reason as provided for by art L 122-1 of the Consumer Code.
Art 6 : Payment
The payment is made online by credit card, Paypal (account or credit card) or by bank transfer (payment by check is reserved for holders of accounts located in France).
Art 7 : Delivery
The ordered articles are sent to the delivery address indicated during the validation of the order.
Orders are usually shipped within a maximum of 8 business days.
In case of non-receipt of a parcel within the time limit, an investigation is opened with the Post Office which may require 21 days.
In all cases, please check the condition of the package and possibly the conformity of the product and if necessary make reservations on the carrier's slip.
Art 8 : Return
The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to declare defective products or non-conforming to his order. The possible return can only take place after an agreement of the administration of the site following a request to the following address: katzelkraft@gmail.com. After this period, the delivery will be considered as conform. In case of accepted return, KATZELKRAFT will refund or exchange the products within 14 days.
Art 9 : Satisfied or refunded
The customer has the right to retract and consequently to return to the salesman the ordered products, in their packing of origin, within 14 working days as from the reception of the parcel.
Only the price of the returned products and the shipping costs charged to the customer will be refunded. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Returns for cash on delivery will not be accepted.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, KATZELKRAFT undertakes to reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the return.
Art 10 : Protection of personal data
The personal data communicated to the seller by the customer during the validation of the order are collected only for strictly commercial purposes, and in accordance with the law on data processing and freedom of January 6, 1978, the customer has at any time a right of access, rectification or opposition of the data concerning him.
Art 11 : Intellectual property
All texts, images, illustrations, processes and techniques contained on the website are protected by copyright and/or intellectual property rights. By connecting to the website, the customer is forbidden to copy or download all or part of its content, except with prior authorization from KATZELKRAFT
The use by the customer of the site is strictly reserved for a private use, any total or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
The customer agrees to use KATZELKRAFT products only for private use in a family or association setting but may not use them for commercial purposes unless authorized in writing by KATZELKRAFT.
Art 12 : Responsibility
The products appearing on the site meet the French legislation in force. We invite you to refer to the description of each product to know the precise characteristics. The seller is only responsible for the editorial content that he puts online. KATZELKRAFT cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or damages related to the use of the Internet network such as a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
In accordance with the regulations in force, the seller is not responsible in the event of non-fulfilment of the order attributable to the customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party, or in the event of force majeure.
Art 13 : Modifications
KATZELKRAFT may modify its service and, if necessary, include these modifications in the general terms and conditions of sale online. The customer is invited to reread the general terms and conditions of sale in force at each new order.
Art 14 : Duration
The present general terms and conditions of sale apply throughout the duration of the online services offered by KATZELKRAFT.
Art 15 : Litigation
All the clauses contained in the present conditions, as well as all the purchase and sale operations that depend on them, are subject to and governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Stay informed about promotions and new collections
The site as well as the texts and images including all the images and visuals of the stamps are registered with the INPI and with Copyright France.
All photos, images, text on the Katzelkraft website as well as Katzelkraft blog and social media cannot be used without written authorization. All stamps' images of the brand remain Katzelkraft's property
