Jeudi 5 janvier 2012The project I’m sharing with you today is a card I’ve made for my brother-in-laws birthday. I decided to keep it simple and let the stamps do the talking for a change !
The stamps I’ve used for this project are from the Wings stamp set. The background is stamped with Versamark ink then I’ve rubbed pastels over it. The main panel is made using a textured paint and I’ve sprayed the stamp before stamping into the paint. When it was dry I used a colour wash and some pearl pigment to add some colour and a bit of shimmer. The sentiment was made on my PC.

Joyeux Noël !
Jeudi 22 décembre 2011The cards I am sharing with you today are the last Christmas cards I will make for this year. It’s always exciting to start the Christmas makes but I’m always glad when it’s come to an end !
To help things along I made two of this design as I was running out of time ! The stamp set I’ve used is the Noël – Demie Plaque 01.
The sentiment was stamped, cut out and then I used Distress Ink around the edge. The main image was stamped, cut out with a die and given the same Distress Ink treatement.
As this is my last DT post before Christmas it just leaves me to say,

Katzelkraft’s got beautiful postal stamps..

I’m going to be using these stamps a lot, especially the text ones…
I LOVE texts..
and the postage ones are also gorgeous!
(It looks a bit yellowish here, in real life it’s more greenish!)
I am entering this card in the Stampman challenges, with theme a technique you’ve not used before.
I used a technique I wanted to try for some time now, and I am sure I will be using it a lot in future. It’s FUN! It’s about using plastic foil over wet inks to get a very unique background. On this background it shows more with the blues than with the green. It might be because I did not use a glossy cardstock, too absorbant maybe…
and… I am also entering it as DT piece in the Fashionable Stamping Challenges, for the new challenge which will be posted tomorrow, the theme is….. no, I am not going to tell you… it’s a secret until tomorrow.

HOW TO:
Spray the background with two colors (home-made) pearl spays, and immediataly cover it with plastic foil. Leave it to air dry; this is the hard part LOL
Stamp the eiffel tower with a solvent ink. Stamp the text with Versamark and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Stamp the other stamps, also with a dark brwn solvent ink.
Distress the edges with a paper distresser, and sponge it with a dark brown dye ink.
Tear the edge in some places and accentuate it with a darkbrown marker.
(As you can see here, I used the stamp with the postage stamp and address in two stages, by inking it twice, leaving the top or bottom part without ink.)

le tampon “25 décembre” fait partie de la planche KTZ57_02 Wonderland Let it Snow
le tampon de la maison a été embossé à la poudre blanche.
les petits flocons en marron sur le papier bleu sont de la planche Christmas Chikens

Aujourd’hui : une carte et un tag !
Les fêtes de fin d’année approchent avec leurs préparatifs… plein de projets en tête :ateliers, calendrier de l’avant, cartes, décorations… et rien de tel que les superbes tampons de Katzelkraft pour s’y mettre…
Pour la carte, je voulais faire simple, mais en fn de comptes, elle est plutôt chargée.
Pour le tag : un tampon absolument magnifique, un peu de Distress et du Masking et voila ce que cela donne :
je trouve ce tampon absolument magnifique.il a un graphisme vraiment intéressant.

cartes et scrap – kiki

Je vais commencer par une carte réalisée avec la planche Lace , la planche Fleurishes et la planche Citations … un peu de couture aussi 
La 2ème réa est une page de scrap en format A4 américain … avec le même tampon de la planche Fleurishes que précédemment … et j’ai aussi utilisé une fleurs … de la planche Fleurs … comme c’est bizarre …lol !
Et enfin une 3ème réa … après je vous lâche … une petite “tri shutter card” … avec les planches Lace et Fleurishes … mais aussi la tampon individuel Dandelion … et bien sûr la planche Citations.
Tous les fonds sont faits à la distress.
ça ne soit pas trop mais j’ai pulvérisé sur les 2 bandes centrales du “Goosebumps” qui donne un effet goutte d’eau
et voilà …c’est tout pour aujourd’hui

I used pastels to created the background and then overstamped with the text. The flower is die cut from crinoline and coloured with Distress Inks. The die cut butterfly is stamped with a stamp from the Wings set.

Une carte nocturne

j’ai découvert sur le net (je ne sais plus où) une carte facile à réaliser dont j’appréciai le principe. Je l’ai mise à mon goût avec les superbes tampons Kazelkraft “arbres” que j’aime beaucoup.
et un petit détail avec une petite étiquette en plastic fou. Etonnant non ?
Question technique : un travail de 3 encres Distress, dans des nuances de bleu, sur papier Super Smooth. Tampons Katzelkraft planches 58 et 103. Le tout dans la boutique Kazelkraft.

Et oui Noël approche alors on commence à préparer ses cartes et cadeaux.
Voici ma première de l’année.
Le sketch est assez simple mais le fond est fait maison.
Pour cette carte j’ai utilisé la demi plaque Christmas 01 et Christmas 02.
J’en profite pour vous donner rendez-vous sur le forum Katzelkraft sur lequel a débuté le challenge annuel “10 semaines avant Noël”.
Plein de techniques à voir et à revoir.
