Après de longues semaines sans poster me voici de retour avec une page plutôt free style, j’ai voulu jouer avec les encres et la matière, en particulier la utee.
Le travail de fond de page est réalisé aux encres distress . Tampons des planches “cage et chandelier“, “background A5” et “single steampunk engrenage“. J’ai trempé ce dernier dans la utee chaude qu’ensuite j’ai encrée aux encres alcool mixatives.

The project I’m sharing with you today is a birthday card for one of my nieces ! I love these images of the vintage ladies so thought they would be perfect.
The stamps are from the Femmes 1900 stamp set. I stamped them with black Archival ink and then cut them out using Nestabilities. I’ve used Broken China Distress Ink to blend around the edge. The embossed panel is a Stampin’ Up embossing folder and I’ve rubbed some more Broken China DI over the top. The swirl is cut using the Tim Holtz Elegant Flourishes die and I used the same embossing folder on this as well. The flower is cut from crinoline using the Tim Holtz Tattered Flowers die and then I’ve used Broken China DI around the edges.The butterfly is also a Tim Holtz die and I’ve give it the same embossing and DI treatment. The sentiment is made on my PC.

Et pour fêter cet évènement j’ai choisi d’utiliser un tampon particulier, celui ci :

Et pour l’intégrer au mieux à ma page j’ai choisi de le travailler par “morceaux”, afin de mettre en valeur la finesse des détails. Cela me permet d’apporter du mouvement sur les bords de ma page avec une touche d’originalité : )
Pour accentuer l’effet j’ai choisi de l’embosser …. Place à la page : )

I have been busy making items for a christmas craft market most of this month. the market is in november but I like to be prepared as i have many other obligations to fill. this little box was made using Noel KTZ39_02.
J’ai été occupé à faire éléments pour un marché artisanal de Noël la plupart de ce mois. le marché est en novembre, mais je tiens à être préparé comme je l’ai beaucoup d’autres obligations à remplir. cette petite boîte a été faite à l’aide Noel KTZ39_02.

For today I made two pages for a poetry album. It’s part of a swap on a Dutch forum.
For the left side: stamp the swirls with Versamark and heat emboss. Put the Big And Juicy Waterfall ink (Ranger) on your craftsheet and spray water on it. Put the stamping paper in it and turn it a half turn. Dry it, take some drops on it and dry again. Stamp the bird and the flower with black StazOn and bleach the centre of both.
For the right side: stamp the swirls with Big And Juicy Waterfall ink, stamp the bird and the flower with StazOn black. Finish your page with a swirl, ticket and some buttons.

This card just happened, that blue invited me to use this dragonfly!
The wings stamp set is such a versatile and beautiful stamp set!

HOW TO MAKE THIS CARD:
- Dab Distress ink, worn lipstick and chipped sapphire, on an acrylic block, spray it with water and stamp it on your cardstock.
- Stamp the dragonfly with StazOn timber brown; stamp it a second time as a shadow without re-inking your stamp.
- Stamp the text, also with StazOn timber brown.
- Color the dragonfly with some watercolor pencils, in colors coordinating with the colors of the background. Also add some shadow to the dragonfly, to the bottomlines with a darkbrown pencil.
- Doodle a frame around the background with a darkbrown waterproof pen.
- Distress the edges with a paperdistresser, and adhere it to your card.

Cette semaine je suis un peu débordé… alors j’ai fait une carte…. beaucoup plus simple que celle de le semaine dernière. (je me rattraperai la prochaine fois)
J’ai utilisé à nouveau le morceau de mur de la planche transportation et la planche A6 collage libellule.
J’ai utilisé les crayons LYRA pour encrer le papillon et les fleurs de la planche.
J’ai passé une feuille de papier Mahé à la cuttlebug avec une plaque à embosser Tim Holtz (le mur)
Voila ce que cela donne :
Pour les encres, j’ai utilisé de la versafine smokey grey et de la distress waethered wood.

Voici une nouvelle page où je me suis amusée à mixer les planches entre elles. La planche Fleurishes , le planche papillons 2 et la planche Collage équinoxe.

c’est mon tour de publier pour la 1ère fois dans le cadre de la DT. C’est toujours un peu troublant une première fois, c’est certainement le début d’une belle aventure, et je l’espère le début d’un grand amour.
Je vous propose un petit flirt pour commencer
Sur un tag américain de couleur vanille (dans la boutique Katzelkraft) j’ai vaporisé des encres alcool Butterscotch, Cranberry and Bottle mélangées à de l’eau puis du Glimmer mist Riptide et Jack O’Lantern. Enfin j’ai vaporisé du Shimmer Silver. Une fois le tout bien sec, j’ai appliqué un tampon que j’aime beaucoup tiré de de la planche KTZ70 Art Nouveau. La présence du métal va empêcher le noir de trop marquer, d’où cet effet diffus sur les zones très noires comme le costume.
J’adore ces tags que j’utilise beaucoup comme marque-page et pour un bel effet j’ai appliqué le même traitement d’encre au dos du tag.

Hope you are all well. Today I’m sharing a little journal using KTZ54. I enjoy making books as I think they are great gifts as well as lovely places to scribble ideas……
I started with 2 chipboard pieces and painted roughly with acrylic paints. I stamped the paisley arch randomly over the cover in black and stamped the make a wish sentiment around the edge before adding pages and binding. I punched the front on both sides and tied ribbons on the right hand side.
To do the front I took a large perspex square and using a piece of coloured paper (made using distress stains) I stamped the Make a wish on the side and then I added some small glass beads, glitter and a feather. I liberal splash of glossy accents and I pressed the fragment into it and left to dry before trimming the excess and colouring the edges with copper. Lastly I stamped the two horses onto the tile with black stazon and stuck to the cover.
There’s a bit of detail for you, as you can see, it is still drying a bit, it will all go clear when fully dry!
